Terms of Use
Last updated: September 8, 2026
By using FANCERT you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
The service
FANCERT helps you count down to concerts, keep memories, follow artists, and share selected events with friends. Setlists, tour dates, and artist images come from third parties and may be incomplete or wrong; always confirm dates and tickets with the official seller.
Your account and content
- You're responsible for what you post: handle, profile text, and shared countdowns. Keep it lawful and respectful — no harassment, impersonation, hate, sexual content involving minors, or spam.
- You keep ownership of your content. You give us only the permission needed to show your shared countdowns to the people you chose.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. You can report a profile by emailing [email protected].
Subscriptions
FANCERT Premium is billed through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends; manage or cancel in your Apple ID settings. Free-trial terms are shown at purchase. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Third-party services
Apple Music, Spotify, setlist.fm, Ticketmaster and Deezer have their own terms. Connecting them is optional.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including missed shows or presales.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. Questions: [email protected]. EKPK, United States.
