Common questions

How do I import my old countdowns? Take screenshots of your old list, then in FANCERT tap the scan icon (top right) and pick them. Fix anything the scan misread, then Import.

My artist has no picture. Open the artist page and tap "Refresh picture". You can also edit the name if it was guessed wrong.

Where are my photos? On your device, attached to each event. They're not uploaded.

Delete my account. Settings › Account › Sign out removes your session; email us to delete the account and everything shared.

Cancel Premium. iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
